
Chicha Sour
Bartender: Roberto Cuadra.
Ingredients:
- 6 cl chicha morada, unsweetened.
- 3 cl lime juice
- 3 cl simple syrup (jarabe de goma)
- 9 cl Pisco Quebranta
- 5 ice cubes
Instructions:
- Put the chicha morada, lime juice, simple syrup, Pisco, and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake and strain into a nice glass.
- Serve immediately.
